Owner build. You run your own project; we bring the process, the oversight and the documentation a lender or an insurer will later ask for. Read the whole page
Consulting/Design. A second opinion on a bid, a contract or a schedule, or the layout and finishes worked out with you before anything is priced — with a licensed architect or engineer brought in wherever the drawings need a seal. Read the whole page

SIP Construction

Nassar builds with structural insulated panels — an eco-friendly way to build a house in South Florida.

  • Continuous insulation and a tighter envelope: less heat getting in, lower cooling bills.
  • Strength under wind load: the panel is the frame and the sheathing in one engineered piece.
  • A faster dry-in, so the inside is out of the weather sooner.
  • Less waste on the job site: the panels arrive cut to the plan.
  • Quieter rooms: the panel's solid core damps outside noise.

Eco-friendly is how we build, not a badge: insulated panels, air-conditioning sized to a load calculation, and less waste on site.

PermaTherm structural insulated panels (Florida Product Approval FL28893), engineered per project by the architect or engineer to meet the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone requirements, with each project submitted for approval. Read about SIP construction

Storm or Water Damage

After a storm, a leak or a flood: we secure the property, dry it out, and rebuild what was damaged, from the structure to the finishes, as one permitted project.

If a claim is involved, we document the damage in full and you decide; claim decisions stay with you and your carrier.

The team will call you during business hours.

Storm damage. Storm damage. Emergency dry-in and board-up first, then the full repair under one contract. The roof portion is done by our licensed roofing partner under Nassar's contract. Read the whole page
Water damage. Extraction, drying and rebuilding what the water reached — drywall, flooring, cabinets, trim — with the moisture readings written down before any wall is closed. Read the whole page
Leak repair. The cause, not just the stain: we trace where the water is coming from — a window, a wall penetration, a plumbing line — and fix it before anything is closed up. Read the whole page

Something else

Not on the list, or not sure yet. Pick one, or put it in your own words.

Consulting. A second opinion before the money moves — a bid read against the drawings, a contract's allowances, a schedule checked against the real sequence of inspections. Read the whole page
Design. Layout, finishes and scope worked out with you before anything is priced, with a licensed architect or engineer brought in wherever the drawings need a seal. Read the whole page
Financing. Nassar is a contractor, not a lender, and there are several ways to pay: PACE, home-equity and renovation mortgages, a project loan with no lien on the home, a state grant, and payment by milestone. The Ways to pay page explains each one and what it costs. Read the whole page
