You own the project; we bring the process and the oversight. Permitting, inspections, trade coordination and the documentation a lender or an insurer will later ask you for.
Some clients want to run their own job and need the parts that cannot be bought at a counter: a permit route, somebody who knows which inspection comes before which, and a record that holds up later.
The documentation half matters more than people expect. A lender's draw schedule, an insurer's question three years from now and a buyer's inspector all ask for the same thing — what was permitted, who inspected it, and when. Building that record as you go costs nothing; assembling it afterwards is sometimes impossible.
