Why Nassar
Three things are worth checking before you let anybody onto your property: whether the licence is real, whether the cover is real, and whether the people who answer the phone are the people who answer for the work.
The licence is the company's, and it is current
The general contractor and air-conditioning certifications below are held at state level and are current and active. State certification is not a county registration: it is issued by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and it can be checked against the state's own record by anybody, in a minute, using the numbers printed in the footer of every page on this site.
Insured and bonded
Certificates are issued to the client on request before work starts, naming the property. Ask for them. A contractor who hesitates at that question has told you something.
An inspector and a plans examiner are on the team
A state-licensed standard inspector — building, coastal construction and mechanical — and a standard plans examiner work here. That changes what gets caught, and when: a drawing set is read by somebody who reviews drawing sets for a living before it reaches a county counter, not after it comes back marked up.
The company has a date on it
The entity was formed in 2022 and is active with the state. That is the whole claim; this page is not going to tell you about decades.
The licences, in full
- CGC1539247 — Certified General Contractor

You will not find a founder's photograph or a first name anywhere on this site, and that is deliberate. One person cannot pour a slab, hang a door, calculate a load and read a plan set. The work is done by a team, the licence is held by the company, and the name on the paperwork is the company's name.
