If a claim is involved, we document the damage in full and you decide; claim decisions stay with you and your carrier.

Storm and water damage get worse with time, so the property is secured first, with dry-in and board-up where it is open. Extraction and drying come next, with the moisture readings written down; then the rebuild — drywall, flooring, cabinets, trim — as one permitted project.
The roof portion of a storm repair is done by our licensed roofing partner under Nassar's contract, so there is still one contract and one number to call.
Then the cause. Water gets in somewhere and shows up somewhere else, and closing a wall before the path is understood buys a year.
